Brand new with tags old navy rockstar elastic waist pull on jeggings size 4 petite. These are from last season and were stored over the winter but are new and unworn. These jeggings are in a medium wash blue with some fading. The hems are a let down asymmetrical hem with different shades of blue to simulate removing the hem. The inseam is approx 25” and the waist measures 14 1/2” across laying flat and unstretched. From a pet free, smoke free home.
