tammy924 @miriam1029 Hi. The shaft height in the back is 10” and on the highest at the side is 12”. The circumference is 14 1/2-15”. Has to get a round measure with a ruler!

miriam1029 Thank you for getting back to me. If you lay the boot down straight, take the ruler and measure the top laying flat, then times by 2. Also, does it have a zipper closure? Thank you.
