projectresale Hello, you have these shoes listed as new, but in the photos the heels appear to be scraped or chewed on. Is that a play of the lights while photographing the shoes or do the heels have all the scrapes, scratches and chew marks? If the shoes do have all of the flaws on them as they appear in the photos. You might consider that a shoe that has been handled enough to scar it. Is not new. They are unworn but are not new as they would come out of the box. Thank you
