New without tags. Vintage Brand from Japan. Crinkled design. Floral Print Mother of Pearl Shell buttons. Made in Tokyo Japan. Not sure if this is unisex. Top is from Deadstock Designer inventory/box closeout store. Store has inventory from Saks, Neiman's, Lord and Taylors, Bloomingdale's + other designer store & Boutiques etc. . Measurements pictured.
