New VICTORIA’S SECRET Silky Sheer Thigh Highs for Garter Belt Jet Black Vintage. Size Small 1 unopened, never used pair & a pair I had wore one night, forever ago! I’ve checked the stretch & elasticity-perfect! The new pair in the Victoria’s Secret in the package has never been open or touched. The 2nd pair, out of the packaging are the exact same. So, you will be getting 2 sets, 4 legs. I just found these is the VERY BACK of a spare bedroom chest of drawers. AMAZING! I know I bought these around 1995 ALL of these clothes or articles came from MY or My Daughter’s closet. Condition is as seen in the pics. I take very good care of my belongings, & obviously have a hard time letting go. They all still fit me, so they are true to size from the era. If any “flaws” found will be noted & pictured. 
The label sizes are to be true to the genre.
