This top is so soft and Velvety 🤩 *It is 95% polyester and 5% Spandex. It has a navy blue base with whites, pinks, blues and greens in the floral Pattern. There is a tank top structure to the top underneath the ruffle sleeves. The bust is relaxed fit and runs a bit large!
