New Ulla Johnson Fox off the shoulder sequin dress. purchased this from a sample sale. The original dress did have a corset in it I believe, but this one DOES NOT. Lined. It measures about 17 inches across but it stretches a few inches. I generally wear a 6 and tried this and it fit me. The Ulla Johnson tag is a little wonky in terms of placement. If you pull the elastic panel taut then the label is fine but otherwise it bunches up which is how it was purchased. The tag on the outside which is a small dept store tag says 6.
