These shoes are new, they do not come with the box. They are waterproof. There are a couple of small marks/blemishes, please see last pictures. **The red on the tag is marked by the UGG retailer to prevent returns. All my items are 100% authentic purchased directly from the retailer. I check my purchases carefully and note any issues.
