There are three bag openings - two have zipper closures and the center is open without a closure for easy access. The side for the laptop is quilted and has a 10" x 8" interior pocket. The center opening has a 4.5" x 6" interior side pocket. The other zipper closure opening has an interior zipper pocket, an open interior pocket and two pen/pencil holders and two card holder pockets. The bag is in NEW WITH TAGS condition. There are a couple of small indentions that from laying on something hard but there is no damage to the leather.
