brennans163 Looks like there might be some damage to the sole/side of the boot in one of the pictures. Can you confirm they are in new condition?

bernardette79 @brennans163 Yes, they are in brand new condition. As you may know, Torrid ships a lot of their boots in mailers, and not boxes, unfortunately, so it's not unusual for there to be a nick, or scratch somewhere, from transport. bernardette79 @brennans163 Yes, I took a look at that particular one again, and there is about 1/4 inch nick on the glue line, where the instep meets the sole. probably from transportation, as I mentioned previously. Torrid often ships their boots in mailers and not boxes, so it is not unusual, unfortunately. Thank you!
