mr1218 Is this true to size or runs small. Any rips, stains or damages?

hillrree @mr1218 I'd say this runs small. It's labeled as a medium but fits me well and I'm usually a small. But it's in great condition. I've never worn it so it's just been hanging in my closet. The one hanger loop got caught in the zipper though so it's a little torn, but the dress hangs fine without it and it could be cut off.
