These are glue spots; bag was received in this condition direct from Ted Baker. Never used. Please note there is some protective foam wrapping at the ends on the bow on the front of the purse. I removed for a quick pic, but this foam wrapping cover the accent metal ends of the bow. Again, this purse hasn't been used and the protective foam wrapping is still intact (remove before using).
