New T-Rex HQ Updates. Move in Early May!

Follow this listing for the latest updates on the construction of the new T-Rex HQ. My show schedule will be erratic as we kick building into high gear. 11/12 100 year old carriage house is down! 11/26 Concrete wooden forms are up! I am pointing to the new space where I will be broadcasting live. 1/6/25 Historically compliant windows have been ordered. 3/3. Framing. 3/17 Roof Done 3/18 Electrical started and Mt. Trashmore is hauled off! 3/25 Punch out on electrical, roof and inspections this week. 3/31 Insulation is in, next is sheetrock, painting, final electrical and data. 4/5 Sheetrock in, texture walls next week, landscaping, cabinet and trim install. 4/12 Exterior paint done. Trim, cabinets and doors all in. Next week is interior painting, plumbing and electrical fixtures install. 4/22 Interior paint done, AC and electric installed. Next is floor, plumbing and final inspections. Move in 5/1!
