New in package. Never opened! Actual size is 7’6” x 10’8” and is recommended for 8’ x 11’ rugs. Meant for use on hard surface floors. Thinner. Helps rugs stay in place. Doesn’t provide a thick padding. Used others we purchased but bought one extra. Like them best with thicker rugs.
