n15may19 @monicarhodus12 is the supplier China based? I have had bad experience buying veils that look good in pics but are very low grade from China. Is there a return option if I buy and then find the quality lacking?

monicarhodus12 @n15may19 hi doll sure will do my best it’s Easter today I will try for this afternoon if not tomorrow for sure. I have my granddaughter that 13 months old white her mother is on vacation so it’s a challenge to get things done with her. Her mother comes home tomorrow so if not today then for sure tomorrow.
