New Steve Madden black heels

Completely new with box Steve Madden black slip on heels. There’s a few specks of dirt (pictured) on the soles from trying them on, and trying to make them fit my feet lol, but otherwise completely brand new. Size 6. They say 6M on the bottom, but I’m not sure what that means.
