pattygirl420 @poshprovisions hi so sorry for the delay. The underarm to underarm measurement unstretched is 12” across. Obviously it has plenty of stretch. Also the smocked part which is the chest area is 6” from top to bottom laying flat. Let me know if you have any other questions
