New Sarah Louise Long Sleeve Smocked Dress Set

New cream smocked dress and bloomer set by Sarah Louise. Has pretty Peter Pan collar with embroidery. Chest is beautifully smocked in pink. It buttons up the back. The skirt is lined so its full and there is a horizontal ruffle trim toward the bottom. This is an older British line that the Cambridge Royals still wear today.
