@sczubas Across the chest is 28; the shoulders across are roughly 20; the length is 33. It's such a big flowy dress it's a little difficult to distinguish exact points! It is a small and the point at which that matters is the shoulders. I'd say it should fit a medium depending on how big someone's shoulders are - it could be tight under the arms.
