The Decade Short is a lightweight woven, high waist short with a hook/zip closure in the back. Fits close to the body but there's still breathing room. Made from surplus fabric. In new condition.without tags the size 2 is 12" across waist, the size 0 is 11" the size 10 is 15" at the waist all have partial tags except for the size 6 please note the model is wearing a different color
