New (Read) RARE LTD Zaha Hadid X Charlotte Olympia 39 futuristic Lucite heels

**New, as seen by the complete lack of wear on the soles, but there is a small black mark on the clear part of the left shoe. Also, the inner leather on the right shoe shows some creasing. These issues are shown in the last two pictures.** Zaha Hadid X Charlotte Olympia futuristic Luxury wedge heels RARE limited edition sculptural heels from 2017 Size: 39 Color: Black, Gold, clear lucite "What originally began as a special collaboration between Charlotte Olympia and Zaha Hadid is now released as a tribute to the visionary architect's extraordinary life. Zaha Hadid Shoe blends a sharp cut black leather and PVC upper with a 155mm wedge built of black and transparent Perspex that is carved into a flowing form with a slender accent of rose gold metal. Each pair comes in a limited edition black and rose gold shoe box with a molded foam insert for gentle storage. They were released in November of 2017. Sadly, Zaha Hadid passed away in 2016, in the middle of the collaboration, but Charlotte Olympia continued to work with Zaha Hadid Design to bring them to life. These heels were even showcased at the ‘Everything Flows’ exhibition at the Roca London Gallery, which was designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. It was a major exhibition that celebrated the 10th anniversary of the gallery’s opening and ran from 24 May 2022 through the end of 2022, and it featured key objects from Zaha Hadid Design over the last 15 years."
