This product is made with a wide variety of exotic nut oils, which are known to change state from solid to liquid in different temperatures. Coconut oil, the main ingredient, is in a solid state below 75°or a liquid state above 75°. I have no control over the multitude of changing temperatures during the shipping process. The coconut oil will turn to liquid during transit any time the temperature goes above 75°, so when the product arrives in a liquid state, you just need to put it in your refrigerator for a bit to turn it back into a more solid butter. No refunds will be given for liquid product, just cool it in the fridge if you want to to be more of a solid butter. The lid is glued to the foil seal, so the first time you unscrew the lid, it will rip off the seal. Since this is an unopened sealed jar, I have no idea how the lotion smells or how close the scent is to the aroma. I am disclosing that the product will not smell like the stated aroma, like the base oils, weak fragrance, etc. Absolutely no refunds will be given for complaints about scent. All sales are final.
