This steamer is brand new and still in the box! If you don't like to or aren't good at ironing, this is the product for you! It has so many uses; from steaming personal / delicate articles of clothing to steam cleaning your shower/bath , tile/grout, this is the only product you need-I've used this brand for years and when I ordered a new one; I received 2 and they didn't want the duplicate back; I hope someone on here will use it!!
