closet4good @emilylw Hi! Since sizes vary by brand, I hope this helps. The top of the shorts measures about 13-7/8" across, flat. This isn't really accurate since you'd probably subtract a tiny bit for the inside fit. I'm a size 2 at Alexander Wang and BCBG. I wear 26/27 at Rag and Bone and Paige.
