Loved the two articles I check out, about reposh-ing and being flagged. Totally realistic, same thoughts I had. Glad to know you had gotten a response from Poshmark. With some companies it seems like sending a message, is like sending it to a black hole!!! I want to be in compliance and respect others, and in turn know what to expect from others!!! @kimkjc2 Hey! Let me see if I can answer these... As a general rule- you should NEVER go to someone else closet and talk about your own closet. If you need to tag people- tag them in your own listing....

@kimkjc2 as far as mass tags ... I'm not sure if there is a specific #. Unless I have something specific to tell a certain person, I really don't tag people. When I do, for a party or the like, it's only people that I know and that I know want me to tag them. I have never really tagged people who "like" listings.

I can't remember where I read that about mass tagging so I'm going to write support about that one since you aren't sure, ok? I try not to do that either unless someone I've helped starts a follow game or such, then I keep it short. I don't have all those saved tag lists, etc in my notes to copy and paste.

@shannonriggle it would be my understanding that you would probably round up to the nearest pound available. I have only had to do this once and cannot access the table so I do not recall the exact steps. I would reach out by email to support@ Poshmark .com for clarification so that you do not over pay... Congrats on a great bundle sale!

They provided a tool to transfer our closets. But it was glitchy. If you had women's and men's you had to change all your listings to children to get them to move over. I don't have any adult clothing so that wasn't an issue. But for some reason after my closet moved over around 15 or so of my listing will not allow me to edit them. I've contacted support but I'm sure they're swamped with this transition and all of us Poshmark babies moving in. 😄

Oh yes. I was a SU and a top tier seller on TS. The top tier sellers had a Facebook page and we had what we called Share Bombs. You put your user name down and then go to everyones closet who signed up and share the designated amount. Ranging from 15 items to a 100. We had a "airplane" ✈️ on each item which was just a one click share. So you could go really fast. I miss that feature. Hoping Posh will incorporate it here eventually.

But being a SU really helped you gain followers. And I would go follow all the new closets and new people. Sorry this is so long 😳 BUT one thing I've noticed is that you gain followers A LOT faster here. That's nice!

@badams87 Here we have "share groups" with different rules and times- they are all user run and there are TONS to join. Yeah, same thing with SU here, but when you sign up and start listing there is a "Just joined" list and "Fresh Closet" list and that definitely helps new users get followers!

@kris7881 When you share your listing (or others listings) then the shared item go to your followers/audience- if they are checking out their "news feed" then they may see the listings. You want to share your listings as much as possible but also others because they will share back most times. This increases your visibility. If you don't do either then you rely on shoppers only finding your closet through brand or key word searches. Hope that helps!

@closet_steals also, I am a big fan of putting materials and measurements in the descriptions- it's a personal preference but it makes it easy to get an impulse purchase so the buyer won't have to wonder or ask and wait. Hope that helps :) XOXO

Since the new username doesn't track back to the old one, does it show up as a "closet not found" listing at the bottom of the usernames on a Posher's Followers list? I'd like to change my username (the current one is difficult to remember), but am dilly dallying on it.

When I changed my name and you typed in my old name it did (and still does say) "closed not found" on a comp and brings up nothing on the app... however, I did not lose any followers - they all stayed in tact. Unfortunately it doesn't re route unless that has changed.

@grayasparagus Ugh. This is a difficult decision. However, my follower numbers have increased from 15K to 40K since becoming an SU. I need to make a decision as my little closet grows. I sent Posh Support a list of usernames asking to the let know which ones were available. They picked the first one (the current username) and called it good. LOL. It is a tongue twister and difficult to remember. Do you concur?

I used to have numbers the the end of mine and I struggled to remember user names that had numbers so I knew it must be the same for others. So I decided to go with my blog name and kept all social media as consistent as possible. It was a tough decision but was the right one for my situation
