@dianes74 Hello Diane, If you go to the Support Center on Poshmark there is a section called, "What can I sell on Poshmark?". It states "Poshmark is a marketplace for women's, kids' and men's fashion and accessories. Please refrain from listing items that do not fall into these categories." As long as your items fall into these categories they will be Posh compliant. Let me know if you have any additional questions. I hope you have a great day! :)

@sboling1991 Hello Sylvia, You can use the USPS priority mail boxes available at the post office or from usps.com. You can also use standard boxes or padded envelopes. You just can’t use USPS boxes labeled “express mail”.

@puppamonster Hello Karen, Unfortunately not all of the people on Posh follow the Posh rules. You have the ability to report other people’s listings that are not Posh compliant to Posh. Poshmark will remove non compliant listings if they are caught and they can restrict that person’s future buying and selling privileges as well.

@puppamonster If a seller uses a stock photo they should include pictures of the actual item they are selling especially if their item is used or looks different from the photo. There are some boutique sellers on Posh who only sell new items in different sizes so they usually only have stock photos since their closet is more like a store.

@kimkay78 I agree about stock photo but with pics of the item in seller's possession. I refuse to buy anything online like this platform that has only stock photos. Plus if i ask a seller for the photos of the item and they ignore me or refuse, I know it's a scam. I use 1 maybe 2 stock pics from time to time, but ALWAYS along with the pics of the item i actually have in my possession.

Homegoods are now allowed to be sold on Poshmark! For more information on what types of homegoods are acceptable go to the Support Center and search for "What Homegoods are allowed on Poshmark?"

hello! I'm a POSH AMBASSADOR and I didn't know all of the helpful info and tips you have/ THANK YOU SO MUCH! The list says books? I have sold vintage books here and have vintage cookbooks listed. is that a problem... poshmark has never cancelled any book sales I've had in the past. thx again!!!

If you go to the Poshmark Support center under”What can I sell on Poshmark” it states Poshmark is a marketplace for fashion, accessories, new makeup products, and select home goods. Please refrain from listing items that do not fall into these categories.” Books would fall outside the categories but a lot of poshers sell items outside of the guidelines.

@georgeks If you want to make a tag list to tag people in follow games you would make a listing in your closet asking people to join your tag list and then use their closet name with the @ (e.g. @kimkay78) and tag them in follow games.

@georgeks If you want to tag a single person on a listing so they can check it out you would type their closet name with the @ in front in the comments on the listing with your message to them. Of you want to save a closet to go back to later you can like a listing in the closet or save a listing from the closet into a bundle so you can locate it easier.

Please refrain from listing items that do not fall into these categories. Such listings clutter the marketplace and make shopping more difficult and less enjoyable for others.” I do not work for Poshmark so I am not sure why they chose to restrict what people sell.

This is really cool for everyone to re-read. I try really hard to let them know what is not compliant to sell!!!! So the first question I get back from a new Posher is how do I sell a replica? I couldn't believe it. And I'll run after people when I see they are selling perfume because I don't want them to get in trouble and I honestly think they don't know.🤗

oh you too have a great day. I tried to help them right from the start because I had no idea. I had bought perfume off of Poshmark so I thought it was okay. So I listed it and I got in big trouble. So if I ever see someone selling perfume or nail polish or something like that I jump on them. I put it in a bundle and then I explain to them privately. I did that today. Most are really appreciative!

@sarahbeth836 Hello Sarah, Sometimes Super Posher games will come up if you do a search for follow games or share games on Poshmark. Listings for these games are often shared in the main feed on Poshmark as well. I tagged you in three games. To join the game you have to like the listing and there are instructions on how to play included in each listing. I hope you have a great day! 😊

@nh3026 Hello Nancy, I had a sale and on the day the package was supposed to be delivered the tracking showed “return to sender” even though the buyer never sent it back and never received it. I called the post office and I found out the box was put on the wrong mail truck and the postman logged the tracking incorrectly. The buyer received the package a day later.

@nh3026 I would wait to see if you end up getting the package back. There might be a possibility that the tracking log was a mistake. If you do receive your item back, then I would message Poshmark to see how to handle the situation.

@candace89 Hello Candace, A super posher game is similar to a follow game (you follow all players) but each day the host chooses closets and the participants of the game have to share a certain amount of their listings and follow all of their followers. To join the game you have to like the listing and there are instructions on how to play included in each listing since each game can differ.

@lizyeyn Hello Elizabeth, Diapers used to be specifically listed as a prohibited item in the Support Center, but it looks like that section was updated recently and it must have been removed. I emailed Poshmark about the diapers and they said that they are prohibiting recalled baby products so it looks like you can list your diapers if they were not recalled.

@lizyeyn Sorry my list was a little out of date. Poshmark does not notify people when they change the prohibited items, so I try to check the Support Center from time to time so I can adjust my listing when things change. I deleted my listing but I'll put it back up 🙂 I just had my daughter in Nov and we would buy the big boxes of diapers. So she grew out of newborn and most recently a size 1 lol I wish you luck on sales too and hope you have a great evening as well!
