jessichapman666 I received my order from you the other day & every one of the barrettes I purchased from you are broken. I didn’t get to wear any of them. The words just broke off the clip in my hand. I am frustrated since I paid $50 for all these clips. That again, I never got to wear. Please message me back! I don’t want to give negative feedback that will hurt your sales. But I don’t feel like I can recommend your shop in good faith

oneinamm @xjessimurray Ohh, hold on- ALL are broken?? I thought you meant just one. This is very hard to believe given each was bubble wrapped then shipped inside a USPS box. I will contact Poshmark to figure out next steps because I cannot refund you or replace the items for you as I am certain they couldn’t have arrived broken. As a courtesy, I am willing to replace one piece. I will get back to you- thank you.
