blueconsignment @monkeybutt77 Hi! Sorry for the delayed response. Depending on placement of the bra cups it can provide some lift but it is not padded so the loft is not dramatic. If you are looking for a waterproof bra to wear under swimwear I would suggest the full silicone version of this Bra. I have it available in my boutique. Hope that helps!
