Brand new! No flaws! No stains! I took off the tags because I wanted to wash before I tried them on. The skirt has built in spandex shorts. Elastic waist band. Subtle nike swoosh on the bottom left. Loved it, but was too loose on the waist for me. Comes from a pet free and smoke free home.
