New with tags tan top by New Directions size XL. It has quarter length sleeves with layered ruffles and a tie knot at the bottom front. Can be worn off the shoulder and sleeves will be longer or can wear it with the shoulders covered. Would look great with jewelry and worn with white pants or jeans. Kind of thin and very lightweight for the warmer weather.
