New with Tags, women's Broadfall Navy Pants with Zipper, Navy Blue Shade 3446, size 24 MR. Size tag states Hip Circ: 51 1/2", Waist Circle 41", Height: 63 1/2" to 67" (R)...Color states Dark BLue on the tag, but it looks like black to me.
