New, with tags, and made in Italy! :-) A beautiful short sleeve dress with a high-low ruffle bottom, in vivid fuchsia. Batwing style sleeves to accommodate different bust sizes. And size is universal, will fit anywhere from S through L, but I am listing it as a medium. The dress does NOT come with the belt; I only added it to show different possibilities and fit; you can add any belt of your choice if you wish!
