New N°21 black velvet heels with rhinestone stars $900

These N°21 velvet heels feature the brand's signature knotted bow design and are embellished with two rhinestone stars. One star is made of black rhinestones and the other clear rhinestones. Very unique and comfortable with blocked heels. Made in Italy. Only tried on indoors and never worn outside.
