New, never worn or tried on, Mother of bride or special occasion dress in royal blue. Skirt has a chiffon overlay with satin/poly underskirt. Top, upper back, and sleeves are embroidered. Back has zipper and faux buttons. Top has bra pads and boning. Very pretty just too small for me. MEASUREMENTS: Length - 60” Sleeve length- 12” Sleeve width (on 1 side) - 5.5” Armpit to armpit- 17”across hips - 18” Across waist- 15”
