New Max Studio Floral smocked flutter sleeve dress. It includes the tag in which I cut off because I thought I was going to wear this for an event but I didn't after all. So it's never been worn before. Flirty flutter sleeves, a smocked bodice, and ruffles make this a feminine girly dress. Would look great with sandals for the upcoming spring summer season.
