New Maternity Dress, Old Navy, Sleeveless

I wish I bought this one size smaller. It has such a flattering fit around the belly. It was just to sloppy around shoulders and back. See the pic with the tag, there is a spot. No clue what it is since I have only tried on but may come out in wash and should not be seen anyway. See my closet to bundle and save on a couple other maternity (or baby girl) pieces!!!
