New Lulu's Navy Blue Tiered Midi Dress Medium

Reposhing this item I purchased from @brandsonabdgt. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. -I’ve only worn once to a wedding! Very lovely and stretchy- I feel like it can fit a wide range of dress sizes 4-8 in my opinion! One of the sleeves elastic band has snapped- but it makes it a really cute flowy sleeve. I took the elastic out of the other one to match it- so the sleeves look slightly different than the picture! Questions? Leave a comment below!
