This is a new Luli and Me 3 Piece Set. It’s a tank strap dress with beautiful smocking across the chest. The straps over the shoulders have some little ruffles. There are matching bloomers as well as a matching headband. It ties in the back with a sash. Beautiful set and ready for warm weather.
