New look British retailer Whimsical, striped long sleeve with ties at the cuff, open to show off arms this dress can be worn like a topper over leggings or white pants, parrots bright and cherry design. This cotton blend chest measurements are 19 inches wide armpit to armpit by 34 inches long. Unfortunately this didn’t fit me , has a tie in the back. LNWOT
