On occasion, it may take me a few days to mail out your item(s) due to my job working crazy hours as a nurse at a local hospital. If this is the case, I am deeply sorry and will let you know this in advance with a comment/message on your bundle. You may ask to cancel if needed. 2) For larger bundles or repeat customers, I usually offer some kind of product discount or shipping discount. Sometimes an item arrived damaged, etc. I truly am so sorry when that happens. I package my items very protected packaging and sometimes things still happens.
