New with tags, Lands' End sleeveless dress with cute, ruffled henley style front. Snap closures. True navy blue - color is best depicted in the first 2 photos. Nice light weight cotton and has a polyester/cotton lining. Machine wash. Approximate measurements while lying flat - 23" from pit to pit. 40" from shoulder to hem. Will likely need a bit of ironing after packaging.
