New Lamour Dress with chiffon top with Peplum and Faux Leather Details

Looking for an elegant, yet bold dress? This dress has bold mustard yellow. Brown, black and white floral design on the bodice. It has beautiful full sheer sleeves ending in a narrow cuff. The body of the bodice is lined and has soft gathers and a ruffle in the neckline, with a button closure at the back neck. The skirt is an edgy faux black leather with this material on the sleeve cuffs as well. Measurements: shoulder to hem =38” ; pit to pit=23” ; waist=17” ; hip=19” CALL OUT: the fabric belt was stitched too close to the edge by the factory and the belt split open. I repaired the belt, but the stitching can be seen if close. The good thing is this opening is at the back and would be hard to notice when being worn. Price accounts for this defect.
