New Kavio Carlsbad Mermaids Hooded Tunic

This is a new with tag long sleeve hoody tunic from the Mermaids Boutique in Carlsbad Village CA. It is a light weight cotten blend with Glitter painted detail on the Print, The bottem has an accent detail stitched addition. It was purchased for a gift souviner for $39 plus tax Size Meduim I notice on the back side it has two tiny areas with some itsy bitsy splatter of something but did not notice when I purchased, I am sure it would come out with a washing. See photo lighting appears bluish but it is white.
