New Jessica Howard Dress with 2 belts

It is more blue than it looks in the pics(IMO). I'd say it's somewhere between a royal and a navy. Original belt was missing when purchased, but I'm including 2 Old Navy L/XL belts. One in yellow and one in blue. They both look great with this dress! (Belts are very gently worn) Tag has some fuzz stuck to it (see pic) and there are tiny pin holes along the side seams (see pics) it was pinned for alterations. Hold look like they would disappear with use. Necklace not included but available!
