New J Crew cross-over mock wrap short skirt 2 P royal blue

This is a women’s true blue mock wrap skirt from J Crew in a petite size 2, new with the tag. Fully lined, with exposed back zipper. It measures 14” across the waist, and just under 16.5” from the waist to the hem, with a 3” band around the waist. Beautiful fabric with some weight to it.
