The measurements are for your Natural Waist-fits waist 30, 31, 32” this is just above your belly button. Has 3 hooks for sizing. emendelsohn Please Note...in my receipt there is a one ⭐️ review. It was not for the skirt it was for the women’s service and the time it took to get to me I did not receive it in the expected time.

emendelsohn Tulle may have some wrinkles or creases from being bagged up. However the shop I bought this from did tell me as it’s worn the Tulle gets Fuller as it ruffles up as it’s not laying flat anymore on the skirt and makes the dress look more like my first photo which is from the shop.
