“New In” Orange Jumper with Strappy Back

Size large orange-ish jumper. Ends of pant legs are slightly frayed (intentional as part of design). Back is open with vertical and horizontal straps for a unique design. The legs are a little short for a capris style. The brand is called “New In” and it was bought at a boutique in Spokane, Wa. Only worn once.
