Frank & Eileen capelet in what we consider a heathered dark blue. Basically it’s dark blue but has a bit of heathered color to it. Love the raw edges! Perfect for travel or around the house! Size: O/S New without tags and defects: 1) there is one 0.4” in diameter hole on the front right hand side, about 5.0” to the right and about 11.5” down from the shoulder, 2) there is one 0.45” in diameter hole on the back left upper shoulder ish area.
