New Harlem Drop Cotton Pants

Brand new, never worn harlem pants. Mostly black & white with color added on the bottom cuff and the waist. The cuff ties for adjustment. These are made in Vietnam and when they sell it goes to charity. Each pair of pants sold feeds so many villagers. The pants are comfortable with an elastic waistband in the back. They have one button down pocket on the hip. Waist 16" and Lenght 36.5". Adjustable waist and bottom cuffs. These could be labeled Med. or Lg.
