Fun and flirty, this belted halter dress looks great with or without the petticoat. ( Not included) Hits just below the knee, fitted through the bust, and is twirl worthy. You will feel beautiful when you choose to wear this dress for the day or the evening! Very well made of cotton/spandex. If you need a petticoat, just ask. I have a few new sizes and colors. The dress is white with black dots but I also show the stock photo with the reverse. I don't have those though.

bimmy123 @christinecourtn I got it on Amazon. I just did a search for boleros or cotton shrugs. It’s really nice and it’s stiff, crisp cotton/spandex. The brand is Black Butterfly. I love it! Good luck with your search!

bimmy123 @bnnygrl12 hi, this is a perfect weight for spring/summer. You can’t go wrong with cotton. It’s not a thin cotton that you can see through but I believe it’s pretty perfect for May.
